My approach is gentle, collaborative and tailored to you.

I integrate a range of evidence-informed techniques that support both the mind and body, because lasting change happens when your nervous system begins to feel safe.

Hypnotherapy

Supporting positive change by working with the subconscious mind in a calm, deeply relaxed state. In this state, the mind becomes more receptive to helpful suggestions and new patterns of thinking that support emotional balance, confidence and wellbeing.

Psychotherapy & Counselling Skills

Our conversations form an important part of the process. Drawing on professional counselling skills training, I provide a supportive and reflective space where you can explore your experiences, understand emotional patterns and gain greater self-awareness.

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT Tapping)

A gentle, body-based technique that can help reduce emotional intensity and support nervous system regulation by combining mindful awareness with stimulation of acupressure points.

Somatic Body Approaches

 

Because healing involves the body as well as the mind. Survival responses are often held physically, not just mentally.


You cannot simply think your way out of survival mode — the body also needs to feel safe.
