Restore and Revive Hypnotherapy
Solution Focused Hypnotherapist in Solihull & Birmingham
I created Restore and Revive Hypnotherapy because I truly believe that no one is broken — sometimes the mind and nervous system simply become overwhelmed.
Many of the people I work with are intelligent, capable and caring individuals who have spent years coping with anxiety, stress, low mood or self-doubt. On the outside they appear strong. On the inside, they feel exhausted.
My role is to help you understand what’s happening in your brain, calm your nervous system, and gently guide you back to clarity, confidence and emotional balance.

When we experience prolonged stress, trauma or pressure, the brain’s survival system can take over. This affects sleep, mood, focus, relationships and habits. Rather than analysing the past in depth, I focus on helping you:
-
Regulate your nervous system
-
Strengthen rational thinking
-
Build resilience
-
Create practical, achievable steps forward
-
Rewire unhelpful patterns
The brain has an incredible ability to change — this is called neuroplasticity. When given the right support, it can form new, healthier pathways.
Change does not have to be overwhelming. It can be calm, steady and empowering.

My Philosophy
I believe happiness and calm are not luxuries — they are states your nervous system is designed to experience. Sometimes life moves us into survival mode. Together, we gently guide you back into balance.
You deserve to feel:
Calm in your body.
Clear in your mind.
Confident in yourself.
And I would be honoured to support you on that journey.

"Being able to feel safe with other people is probably the single most important aspect of mental health."
